* add salt and pepper powder, mix and keep aside.
1 cup of chopped spinach
1 seeded and chopped tomato
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tbsp of chilly flakes
salt and black pepper powder according to taste
Olive oil as needed.
  • Get 4 cups of water to boil in a saucepan.
  • Add Farfalle Pasta and a tsp of salt. Cook pasta as mentioned in the package.
  • Drain pasta and keep it aside once its cooked. Add a little olive oil and toss it so that it doesn't stick to each other.
  • In the meantime, heat a medium sized skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter and oil. When its hot, add the chicken cubes.
  • When the chicken is half cooked, add chopped tomatoes. Cook until done. remove from flame and keep aside.
  • In the same skillet, add 1 more tbsp of butter if required, then add minced garlic, saute for a minute, then add 1/2 cup of water. Let it boil for 2 mins. Add a cup of heavy cream, 1/4 cup milk and let it boil.
  • Add parmesan cheese 1 tbsp at a time, keep on mixing so that no clumps are formed. Add salt and pepper.
*be careful while adding salt, cos we have already added salt for the chicken and farfalle.
  • If you want pasta sauce to be thin add little more water.
  • When the sauce is ready, add cooked Farfalle, chicken and spinach.
  • Close the lid and cook for 5 mins.
