This is the masala powder I use to prepare vegetarian dishes.
This recipe below is for one time use. It gives you about 3-4 tbsp of masala powder
Ingredients:
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Red chilies: 10-12
  • Coriander seeds: 2 tbsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds: 4-5
  • Curry leaves: 1 strand
Method:
  • Roast all the ingredients mentioned above in oil for 2-3 mins.
  • Do not let it over burn.
  • Once its done, turn off the flame and allow it to cool.
  • When its cool, Put it in a mixer and make powder of it.
