Preparation time : 45 mins
Cooking time : 20 mins
Serves : 4-5 people

Ingredients :
  • Rice : 1 1/2 cup
  • Egg : 2
  • Chicken pieces : 1 cup
  • Onion : 1 sliced
  • Carrot (chopped ) : 1/2 cup
  • Green beans ( chopped) : 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce : 1 tbsp
  • Green chilly sauce : 2 tbsp
  • Salt : to taste 
  • Turmeric powder : pinch
  • Chilly powder : 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder : 1 tsp
  • Ginger chopped : 2 tsp
  • Chopped garlic : 2 tsp
  • Oil
  • Water
Preparation :
  • Cut boneless chicken in to small pieces. Marinate it with pinch of salt, turmeric, 1 tsp chilly powder and and a tsp of vinegar for half an hour.
  • Chop Onions, Beans, Carrots, Ginger and Garlic.
  • Cook 1/2 cups of rice in 4 cups of water.
    * I used Basmati rice . You can use other rice too ( jasmine or sona masoori)
Method : 
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Break 2 eggs in it. Stir it to make small pieces. Add 1 tsp chilly powder, pinch of turmeric and salt( as per taste).
  • Mix it well and keep aside.
  • In the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil and fry the marinated chicken, keep aside.
  • Now in the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil, heat it. Add onions and fry it till it turns brown.
  • Add chopped ginger and garlic.
  • Then add carrots and beans. Cook for 3 mins.
  • Then add 1 tsp pepper powder and little bit of salt.
  • Add the egg and chicken which we prepared to this.
  • Then add 2 tbsp green chilly sauce and 1 tbsp soy sauce.
  • Then mix the rice which we cooked spoon by spoon while mixing. 
  • Stir fry for sometime .
  • Serve hot.
