Homemade egg macaroni pasta recipe

Preparation Time: 30 mins
Serves : 2 

Macaroni Elbows : 1 and 1/2 cup
Water : 2 cups
Eggs : 2 
Onion : 1 small (make slices and cut in to half)
Tomato : 1/2 ( chopped )
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Tomato ketchup : 1 tbsp
Green chilly sauce : 1 tbsp
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste 

  • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a nonstick pan.
  • Break eggs in to it when the oil is heated.
  • Mix it well , so that it gets scrambled. Add 1 tsp of chilly powder and pinch of salt.
  • Allow it to cook. Once done, keep it aside.
  • Boil 2 cups of water in other bowl. Once it boils, add 1 and 1/2 cups of macaroni.
  • Allow it to boil till the macaroni cooks. Till macaroni becomes soft. Keep stirring occasionally so that macaroni doesn't stick to bottom.

Method :
  • Take a non stick pan. Add 2 tbsp oil.
  • Once oil is heated , add sliced onions. Saute it till onion turns brown .
  • Then add sliced tomatoes. Saute it. Allow it to cook.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste. Mix well. 
  • Add 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup and 1 tbsp of green chilly paste. Add about 1/4 cup of water.
  • Mix it and then add 1 tsp of chilly powder and add pinch of salt.
  • Let it boil. Then add egg scrambled eggs and mix properly.
  • Then finally add the macaroni which we cooked and mix again .
  • Serve it hot .
