Ingredients :
Boneless chicken pieces : 200 gm 
Capsicum : 1
Onion : 1
Kashmiri chilly powder : 2 tsp
Coriander powder : 2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Yogurt : 4 tbsp
Salt : to taste
Finely chopped Coriander leaves : 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Olive oil : 2tbsp
Lime juice : 2 tbsp
Preparation :

Cut chicken , capsicum and onion in to small cubes.
And add all the ingredients except oil and mix it. Add oil and then refrigerate for 2 hours

Method :
  • Preheat the oven for 200 c.
  • Pierce chicken cubes , capsicum , onion in skewers alternatively and place it in the oven rack. Grill until chicken pieces turn red in colour. 
  • When half the chicken pieces are red turn the skewers so that the whole pieces gets equally cooked.
  • Once its done , remove it from skewers and serve with green chutney.
