INGREDIENTS :
Rice : 2 cups
Egg : 2
Onion : 1 sliced
Carrot (chopped ) : 1/2 cup
Green beans ( chopped) : 1/2 cup
Soya sauce : 1 tbsp
Green chilly sauce : 2 tbsp
Salt : to taste 
Turmeric powder : pinch
Chilly powder : 1 tsp
Pepper powder : 1 tsp
Ginger chopped : 2 tsp
Chopped garlic : 2 tsp
Oil
Water

METHOD : 

FOR RICE : 
Cook 2 cups of rice in 4 cups of water.
* I used Basmati rice . You can use other rice too ( jasmine or sona masoori)

FOR EGG : 
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Break 2 eggs in it. Stir it . Add 1 tsp chilly powder, pinch of turmeric and salt( as per taste).
Mix it well and keep aside.

In the same pan heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add onions and fry it little. 
Add 2 tsps of both chopped ginger and garlic.
Then add carrots and beans.
Then add 1 tsp pepper powder. 
Add the egg which we prepared to this.
Then add 2 tbsp green chilly sauce and 1 tbsp soya sauce. 
Add salt to taste ( if needed )

Then mix the rice which we cooked spoon by spoon while mixing. 
Stir fry for sometime .
Serve hot.
