Have you ever thought what can be done out of left over hardened chapathi which was done in the morning..
Here's the recipe - Chapathi Laddoo

Ingredients :
Already prepared chapathis : 3-4
Grated coconut : 1 cup
Wheat flour : 1 cup
Ghee : 10 tbsp
Brown Sugar : 1 cup ( powdered )
Cardamom powder: 1 tsp
Milk : 1 cup (boiled and hot)
Dry fruits : of your choice : 1 cup


Method :
  1. Take a pan,  heat wheat flour in that, till it slightly changes colour and keep it aside.
  2. Put the chapathies one by one in a mixer and make flakes of it.
  3. In a pan add the chapathi flakes and grated coconut. Let it fry for sometime, about 7-10 mins.
  4. Then add the wheat flour to it.
  5. Then take dry fruits of your choice, cut it in to small pieces and fry it in 1 tbsp ghee and add it to the above mixture.
  6. Add cardamon powder.
  7. Then add powdered sugar to it and mix well.
  8. Add 5-6 tbsp of ghee and mix again.
  9. Taste it , if you need more sugar u can add more.
  10. Finally add hot and boiled milk to it and mix well.
  11. Make balls of it when the mixture is hot.
  12. Chapathi laddoo is ready .
