Preparation time: 5 mins
Cooking time: 10 mins
Serves: 2-3
Ingredients:
  • Oil: 1 tbsp
  • Egg: 3
  • Finely chopped onion : 1
  • Finely chopped tomato: 1
  • Green chilly: 1
  • Salt: 1 tbsp ( adjust according to taste )
  • Chilly powder: 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder: 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1 pinch
  • Pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Water : 1/2 cup
Preparation:
  • Finely chop onion, tomato and green chilly.
Method:
  • In a non stick pan, add 1 tbsp oil.
  • When the oil heats up, add chopped onions, saute until it turns slight brown.
  • Add tomatoes and green chilly. Saute for a min or 2.
  • Add all the powders from salt to pepper powder. ( under ingredients)
  • Then add 1/2 cup water, stir.
  • Add eggs and then mix well.
  • Serve hot.
Serve with Rice, Roti's
