Preparation time: 15 mins
Cooking time: 30 mins
Serves: 3-5

INGREDIENTS:
500 gm of boneless chicken cut into 1 inch cubes
1/2 cup of chopped bell peppers into cubes
1/2 small onion chopped into cubes
1 tsp of finely chopped garlic
1 tsp of finely chopped ginger
2 sliced green chillies
2 tbsp of red chilly sauce
2 tbsp of green chilly sauce
1 tbsp of tomato ketchup
1 tbsp of soy sauce
Salt to taste
Pepper powder as needed
1 egg
2 tbsp of all purpose flour
1 tbsp of white corn flour

FOR MARINATION:

1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp kashmiri chilly powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp of salt ( acc to taste )
2 tsp of red chilly sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

PREPARATION:

Marinate chicken with all the ingredients mentioned under marination for an hour.
Heat oil in a wok for deep frying.
In the meantime, add corn flour, all purpose flour and egg to the marinated chicken, mix well so that it coats evenly. Deep fry in medium heat till its golden brown.
In a bowl mix soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce & green chilli sauce
(makes job easier)
* adjust sauce according to your taste if needed.

METHOD:

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a wok in medium high heat. 
Add chopped ginger & garlic. Saute for few seconds, then add green chillies, bell peppers and onions.
Mix for about 2 mins, then add the sauce mixture. Allow it to simmer. Add required salt and pepper powder.
Then add the fried chicken.
Toss it gently for a min, garnish with coriander leaves or spring onions.
Serve hot.
