INGREDIENTS :
All purpose floor/Maida : 1 and 1/2 cup
Butter : 1 cup
Sugar : 1 1/4 cup ( powdered ) 
Egg : 4
Baking soda : 1tsp
Vanilla / pineapple essence : 1 tsp
Tutti frutti : 50gms

METHOD :
Sieve together flour and baking powder and keep aside.
Beat sugar in butter till it becomes a smooth paste.
Then add egg 1 by 1 to this and keep mixing.
Add 1tsp of vanilla/pineapple essence.
Add flour 1tbsp at a time and keep on mixing.
Add 50 gms of tutti frutti and mix.

Now preheat the oven to 180 degree C

Grease an oven safe dish with butter and sprinkle floor on it.
Pour the cake mixture in to the dish .

Once the oven is preheated for 180 degree C , place the dish inside oven and bake for 30-35 mins ( till the knife pierced inside comes out clean ) 

Once done remove it out , allow it to cool and then flip it over .

    

You can also fry cashew in ghee and use it instead of tutti frutti
