Ingredients:- Chicken Breast: 1 kg
- Oil: 3 tbsp
- Green chilly: 4-5
- Onion: 2 Medium sized
- Pepper powder: 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder: 2-3 tbsp
- Curry leaves: Handful
- Soy sauce: 2-3 tsp
- Vinegar: 2 tsp
- Salt: to taste
Marinate Chicken:
- Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder: 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
- Salt: 1/2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Cut chicken in to small pieces. Marinate it with chilly powder, vinegar, turmeric powder and salt for 1 hour or more.
- Slice onion and green chilly.

Method:- Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan.
- When the oil is hot add onions. Fry till it becomes brown.
- Add green chilies and curry leaves. Cook for a minute.
- Add chicken. Mix well, then close lid and allow it to boil. Do not add water.
- Cook for a minute. Open lid and saute.
- If you feel need to add water, add little water and cook again.
- After the chicken is half cooked add coriander powder,vinegar,soy sauce and add salt to taste.
- Finally when the chicken is cooked, add pepper powder and mix.

Fry onions, add green chilly, curry leaves and chicken.
Add coriander powder, soy sauce, vinegar and salt. Finally add pepper powder.
